Delays in Shipping Orders

Dear customers, the whole world is short staffed, so please be kind to those who show up! 

We wish to bring to your attention that we are experiencing longer than usual shipping times. This is primarily due to the nation-wide increase of online orders and the delivery of orders is now outsourced to drivers by companies we pay for the service. These restrictions are slowing down all businesses across Australia, and the high We have no control who Australia Post outsource to obviously they will go with whoever has the cheapest charges.

With demand for freight being so high is clearly overloading our courier services. As a result, this is something that we are not in complete control of.

However, we are committed in continuing to give you the best online experience that we can, and have your orders delivered as soon as possible.

We recommend that if you are making a particular purchases that you required by a specific deadline, that you allow more than a week for delivery.

Delays in Communication

Similarly to the increase of online orders, telecommunications have also increased. We ask that you be patient while waiting to hear back from us, whether this is over the phone or via email. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
